• Illegal Content: Broadcasting or promoting any illegal acts, including but not limited to drug use, violence, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements to other users.
• Recording: Recording or rebroadcasting any live stream without the express written permission of the broadcaster and the Platform.

5. Broadcaster (Model) Specific Terms

Broadcasters are independent contractors, not employees of UK-Chaturbate. All broadcasters must comply with the following:

• 2257 Compliance: All broadcasters must provide valid government-issued ID and complete all necessary 2257 record-keeping documentation before streaming.
• Prohibited Acts: Broadcasters may not perform acts involving: bestiality, incest, scat, necrophilia, non-consensual violence, or the use of weapons.
• Location: Broadcasting from public places where non-consenting individuals may be viewed is strictly prohibited.

6. Virtual Currency (Tokens)

The Service may include virtual currency ("Tokens") that can be purchased with real-world money.

• No Cash Value: Tokens have no monetary value and do not constitute property. They are a limited license to access specific features of the Service.
• Non-Refundable: All Token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Usage: Tokens may only be used to tip broadcasters or access premium features within the Platform. They cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for cash outside of the Platform's approved payout mechanisms for broadcasters.

7. Intellectual Property and DMCA

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UK-Chaturbate and its licensors. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our designated Copyright Agent with a formal DMCA notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Platform makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall UK-Chaturbate, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
